You do not need to know which tool or service to ask for. Bring the problem.
An inventory list can become a forecasting tool. An onboarding checklist can grow into automatic reminders and clear next steps.

Start a conversationExplore a problem, a useful first solution and what it could become.

Start with what is getting in the way today. Decide how much help makes sense.
We talk about one challenge, who it affects and what you would like to improve. Bring your ideas and examples; you do not need the direction figured out. Discovering a useful way forward is part of the conversation.
A complimentary 30-minute conversation. No commitment to a project.
If the work needs more investigation, we outline a separate assessment with a clear price and outputs. That may include reviewing records or watching how a task happens.
You receive a summary of the problem, the recommended work, deliverables, timing and fee. We confirm responsibilities and approval before the work begins.
Find out where the work gets stuck and what a better result would look like.
Choose the steps, tools and responsibilities for the first solution.
Create and test the process, tracker, report or automation.
Try it with real work and help the team use it confidently.
Resolve problems, keep it useful and identify worthwhile improvements.
A focused piece of work with a clear finish. We review the result, provide the handoff and confirm who maintains it.
A recurring arrangement for a defined amount of support or improvement work. We set the priorities, availability and fee before it starts.
New features or work outside the original plan receive a separate scope and price. A retainer is optional and does not mean unlimited work.
No. While SixPoint specializes in Microsoft products and brings formal training in those tools, we start with the tools you already use and what your work needs. The right approach depends on access, compatibility and the problem we are solving.
No. A useful first engagement might be one process, one report or a small trial. It should help on its own.
We look at the starting situation and choose a useful measure, such as time spent chasing records, missed steps or delays. Then we check what changes after the team uses the solution.
The fee depends on the work, the information available and the support needed. You review the scope and price before paid work begins.
Yes. Collaboration, training and ongoing support can take place remotely or in person, depending on the situation. If observing the work on-site would help, we can discuss that as part of the scope.
I like helping people turn “there has to be a better way” into something they can use.

I started SixPoint Operational Solutions because I’ve seen how much easier work becomes when people have clear responsibilities, reliable information, and tools that fit the way they work. Too often, good teams spend valuable time chasing updates, repeating tasks, or sorting through information that doesn’t help them decide what to do next.
SixPoint brings practical solutions to those everyday challenges. I help small and midsize businesses improve how work gets done, from clarifying a process to building useful reports and guiding a change into everyday use.
I’m a PMP-certified project manager and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with experience in military leadership, business ownership, and operational improvement.
During my career in the Military, I led statewide analysis, workforce projection, and change management projects, while coordinating with national military leaders and organizations. That work helped leaders anticipate staffing needs, improve data accuracy, and make more informed decisions about people and resources.
I’ve also completed successful improvement initiatives across manufacturing, healthcare, fitness, construction, and restaurant industries. These projects have made reporting clearer, helped teams see where work stands, and turned scattered information into practical next steps. As a former small business owner, I understand that improvements need to work within the time, budget, and resources a business actually has.
I start by listening to the people doing the work. Together, we identify what’s slowing things down, what’s already working, and where a practical change could make a difference.
I build on the tools you already have whenever possible, involve your team throughout the process, and provide clear guidance so they can confidently use and maintain the solution.
I’m based in central Wisconsin and enjoy traveling with my wife and daughter. We love exploring new places, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time outdoors boating, riding UTVs, or gathering around a campfire.
We try to enjoy all the world has to offer while doing our part to leave it better than we found it. That same outlook carries into my work: stay curious, treat people well, and make a useful difference.

Tell me a little about the situation. We’ll decide whether a discovery conversation would be useful.
You do not need a solution in mind. A task that takes too long, a report you do not trust or a project that keeps stalling is enough to start.
A complimentary 30-minute discovery conversation. No commitment to a project.
